“Sabine Rolnick, our realtor, has gone over and above assisting in our buying a home in Oak Park.”

She has been awesome as we navigated the home buying in the Chicago area. She has never made us feel as we were wasting her time as we took our time studying a home and would it fit our needs. Even after the closing she has been incredibly helpful when we have asked for advice. There is never any pressure with Sabine to make any decisions. Thank you Sabine.

“Sabine Rolnick assisted me with finding the "perfect" house.”

During a time when the housing market is shaky at best and with a client with discerning taste and strict needs, Sabine was the most patient agent. She took the time to go to every showing near and far. Sabine was patient while working through the process with reluctant sellers. Her diligence paid off in providing me with a home that I can I love.

“My real estate agent, Sabine Rolnick, made selling my home in Lisle such an enjoyable experience.”

I loved working with her and the other professionals she partnered with (stager, photographer, lawyer). I was really able to rely on her professional expertise. I followed her guidance in preparing my home, and we listed on a Friday, had 5 offers on Sunday, and closed well over list price.
